In October 2006, we made a daytrip from Kanab, Utah (where we were staying) to Antelope Canyon in Arizona. Antelope Canyon is a slot canyon, which rests below ground with only a jagged trench visible from the ground. Sort of like being in a dry riverbed. For a few minutes a day, the canyon has beautiful beams of sunlight.
After visiting the canyon, we wandered through BLM lands the rest of the day.
These are pictures from that daytrip.
